WHAT'S THE JOB?
The Remote Camp Gym/ Fitness Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the camp gym facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all users. This role manages member check-ins, equipment maintenance, cleaning, and supports health and safety compliance. The Coordinator collaborates closely with the Lodge Manager and Operations Manager to synchronize gym operations with overall camp schedules and standards, and may assist with reporting, inventory management, and training as needed.
This position requires fly-in/fly-out travel from Edmonton to the project site in Nunavut, with potential for weather-related delays or logistical challenges. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring drug and alcohol testing as a condition of employment.

Work schedule and remuneration:
Remote Camp Gym/Fitness Coordinator work on a rotational 3 week on/3 week off schedule in a remote camp setting in Nunavut. They may be required to work weekdays, weekends, and general holidays. The starting hourly rate is $22.00.
