Case Management & Intake Operations

Responds to all incoming digital correspondence and telephone calls within a strict 24-hour window using a composed, solution-oriented approach.
Handles relentless administrative follow-up with third-party vendors and institutions to keep cases moving forward dynamically.
Legal Documentation & Records Procurement
Drafts, proofreads, and edits foundational legal correspondence, including formal letters of representation.
Manages the end-to-end procurement process for essential case assets, including medical records, detailed medical bills, wage loss documentation, and specialized physician reports.
Maintains flawless digital client files and structures firm calendars to track critical deadlines, court filings, and deposition schedules.
Language: Flawless, native-level bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) is an absolute requirement. Must be capable of translating legal terminology accurately.
Technical Savvy: High proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat DC, legal research tools, and cloud-based database systems.
Administrative Discipline: An exceptional eye for detail, with a strict "worth doing right every time" approach to file organization and document proofreading.
Resilience & Empathy: Proven ability to remain level-headed, patient, and cool under pressure when communicating with individuals experiencing severe physical or emotional trauma.
Autonomous Execution: A strategic mind that takes immediate initiative, thrives without micromanagement, and independently researches answers to complex tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior professional experience working within a US-based law firm, with a strong preference for personal injury litigation practices.
Direct, hands-on experience utilizing Filevine case management software is a major competitive advantage.
