Job Title: Remote Assistant Project Manager (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full-time
Salary$1,300 - 1,500 USD/month depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, business hours Pacific Time

Our Client

Our client is a facilities services company that supports large organizations through the coordination, management, and execution of facility-related services across multiple industries and geographic regions.
They work with a broad network of vendors, subcontractors, and service providers to deliver efficient, high-quality operational support while maintaining strong organization, communication, and project execution standards.
The Assistant Project Manager will support the project management and operations teams by helping coordinate ongoing projects, vendor communication, documentation, reporting, and administrative workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys managing multiple moving parts, and is highly organized and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable communicating professionally with vendors and stakeholders, and capable of maintaining structure across multiple projects and priorities.
The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with project managers and company leadership to help ensure projects remain organized, compliant, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and operational tasks
  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients across multiple industries and locations
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, outstanding tasks, and follow-ups
  • Prepare and organize contracts, proposals, and project-related documentation
  • Review invoices, accounts, and financial records for accuracy
  • Maintain detailed spreadsheets, reports, and operational records
  • Assist with scheduling, administrative support, and project follow-up activities
  • Monitor and update project management systems and internal workflows
  • Help ensure projects remain compliant, organized, and on track
  • Collaborate closely with company leadership on operational and administrative initiatives

Qualifications, Requirements, and Key Competencies

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating professionally by phone with vendors and clients
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience using Notion or similar project management/workflow tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in project coordination, operations, administrative support, or facilities services
  • Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
  • Experience working with subcontractors or vendor management processes
  • Familiarity with contracts, invoicing, or procurement workflows
