The Role: Remote Architectural Technician

We are seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented Architectural Technician to support the delivery of high-end residential interior and architectural projects. You will work directly with the UK-based design team to produce construction-ready technical drawing packages using AutoCAD. This role is ideal for someone confident in residential detailing who thrives in a fast-paced, remote setup aligned to UK working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare full technical drawing packages for high-end residential projects
• Produce ceiling details, elevations, floor and wall finishes schedules
• Create joinery drawings with full sections through all components
• Translate design intent and concept sketches into construction-ready documentation
• Maintain consistency and accuracy in all drawing sets
• Collaborate with the UK team and meet delivery timelines
• Work to UK residential interior detailing standards (preferred)
• Use AutoCAD to meet studio CAD standards and expectations

About You

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential architecture or interior technical detailing
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit not required)
• Strong portfolio of residential interiors and joinery detailing
• Skilled in producing detailed and accurate drawing sets for construction
• Familiar with UK building and interior standards (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication, time management, and self-organisation
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Stable internet connection and ability to work UK hours
