Job Title: Amazon Marketplace Manager

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $3,300 USD/month

Schedule: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, flexible schedule within 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Eastern Time / ET)

About the Client

Our client is a self-funded, high-growth DTC brand in the oral care category. They operate lean, move quickly, and care deeply about the details that shape customer experience. They test constantly, iterate fast, and expect team members to take full ownership of their area.

This is not a “manage the agency” role — it’s a hands-on Amazon operator role where your execution directly impacts revenue, reviews, and marketplace visibility.

Job Overview

The Amazon Marketplace Manager will own the channel end-to-end: listings, PPC, inventory coordination, account health, review velocity, and daily KPI monitoring. You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth, communicate proactively, and run a consistent testing roadmap to drive profitable growth.

This role is perfect for someone who sees marketplace management as both a craft and a growth lever — someone who moves fast, catches issues early, and loves improving conversion, rank, and review quality through disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Ownership & Listing Optimization

  • Manage the full Amazon account footprint across all SKUs
  • Optimize titles, bullets, images, A+ content, Brand Store, and backend keywords
  • Run A/B tests through Manage Your Experiments to improve conversion and organic rank
  • Scale visibility and non-branded search share through disciplined listing improvements
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline QA, analyze review sentiment, and monitor inventory signals

Amazon Ads (PPC) Management

  • Build and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display campaigns
  • Harvest keywords, adjust bids, manage budgets, and optimize for profitability
  • Monitor TACoS, ROAS, contribution margin, and organic rank daily
  • Collaborate with the Head of Growth on strategy and execution

Account Health & Compliance

  • Diagnose suppressions, policy violations, and listing issues quickly
  • Resolve Seller Central cases and prevent repeat problems
  • Manage variations, virtual bundles, Subscribe & Save, and compliance updates

Inventory, Pricing & Promotions

  • Coordinate with operations on forecasting and FBA replenishment
  • Maintain high in-stock rates and prevent stockouts
  • Plan Prime Day, Fall Prime, and seasonal promotions with a profitability mindset
  • Execute coupons, deals, and pricing strategies that balance growth and margin

Proactive Communication

  • Flag issues early (suppressed listings, rising ad costs, inventory risks)
  • Keep leadership informed on tests, results, and next steps
  • Operate with high ownership and low ego in a fast-moving environment

Required Experience

  • 3+ years managing a brand’s Amazon channel hands-on in Seller Central
  • Direct PPC experience managing meaningful monthly spend
  • Proven listing optimization + A/B testing wins
  • Strong understanding of TACoS, ROAS, contribution margin, and unit economics
  • Experience with Subscribe & Save, virtual bundles, and major deal events
  • Fluent English communication
  • Reliable remote setup (computer, webcam, stable internet)
  • Full availability during US Eastern business hours

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Oral care, beauty, health, or personal care categories
  • Helium 10 or similar tools
  • Amazon Attribution or off-Amazon traffic measurement
  • Brand Registry, Vine, and Amazon Influencer/Creator programs
  • Experience scaling an under-resourced Amazon channel

Who Thrives Here

People who:

  • Take full ownership of their channel
  • Move fast and communicate proactively
  • Love diving into data, experiments, and listing details
  • Catch issues before they become costly
  • Are curious, accountable, and obsessed with improving their craft
  • Want to see a measurable impact from their work

Compensation & Benefits

  • $3,300 USD/month
  • 100% remote from anywhere in LATAM
  • 10 PTO days + sick time + holidays
  • High-impact role with full ownership of a major revenue channel
  • Fast-moving environment with elite DTC growth strategy exposure
  • No bureaucracy — just meaningful work and rapid learning
