Salary $2,500 – $3,500 USD/month + Performance Bonus

Key Responsabilities
AI Search Optimization (AEO / GEO)
Improves citation frequency and visibility in AI-generated search results (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
Develops semantic search strategies around highly technical subjects like counter-UAS, RF tracking, and airspace intelligence.
Implements Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) frameworks.
Monitors and influences how AI systems summarize and reference the company versus competitors.
Organic SEO Strategy & Execution
Conducts advanced keyword and competitive analysis across commercial, government, and defense sectors.
Develops and executes scalable SEO roadmaps, focusing on technical crawlability, indexing, and schema markup.
Builds domain authority through strategic backlink acquisition and non-branded query rankings.
Improves structured data and knowledge graph visibility to establish "Entity Authority."
Analytics & Competitive Intelligence
Tracks and reports on organic traffic growth, domain authority, citation frequency, and inbound lead generation.
Builds executive-level dashboards and KPI frameworks tied to measurable business outcomes.
Analyzes competitor positioning in AI-generated responses to identify content gaps and differentiation opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in SEO, organic growth, or digital demand generation, with a track record of improving visibility for B2B technology companies
Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of semantic search, entity authority, structured data, knowledge graphs, and retrieval-based AI systems.
Tools: Expert-level proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
Industry Fluency: Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and marketing teams to translate complex tech into search authority.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable growth tied to business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B SaaS, defense technology, aviation, cybersecurity, or AI platforms.
Understanding of vector search concepts and AI citation behavior.
Proven ability to scale search visibility in highly technical or emerging markets.
Success Metrics
Growth: Significant increase in organic traffic and domain authority within 12–24 months.
Visibility: First-page rankings for competitive industry terms and increased AI citation frequency.
