Position Summary
The RevOps & AI Automation Specialist will serve as the execution arm of the clients revenue operations, automation, CRM, and AI implementation work.The specialist will work closely with the clients project managers and subject-matter experts to build, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot systems across HubSpot, Make.com, Claude, Monday.com, Trainual, Google Workspace, and other business platforms.This is a hands-on technical execution role. The successful candidate will translate clear project direction into accurate, functional, and well-documented deliverables.
The specialist will participate in client meetings and contribute directly to client buildouts. The ideal candidate has built real production automations and workflows, understands how
APIs and AI tools connect across a live technology stack, and can learn new platforms quickly.
What This Role Is
This is a hands-on execution role supporting RevOps, CRM, automation, and AI
implementation projects. It is primarily focused on client buildouts, with internal systems, automations, documentation, and process improvements assigned whenever client work is lighter.
The specialist will participate in client meetings in a supporting capacity, work closely with project managers and technical experts, execute production-ready technical deliverables, and learn directly from experienced RevOps and automation leaders.
Key Responsibilities
1.
HubSpot CRM Buildouts
Build, configure, and maintain solutions across HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub, including workflows, pipelines, lifecycle stages, sequences, custom properties, automation rules, reporting dashboards, lead routing, customer handoffs, data management, and hub-level configuration.The specialist will update and maintain HubSpot client environments according to project requirements while identifying and resolving CRM configuration, workflow, reporting, and data
issues.
2.
Revenue Operations Automation
Build and maintain workflows supporting the full revenue operations lifecycle, including lead generation, sales processes, customer onboarding, service delivery, internal handoffs, pipeline updates,notifications, and reporting.The specialist will implement workflow logic based on specifications provided by the project manager, test automated processes before deployment, monitor system performance, and
resolve failed triggers, delays, logic errors, and data issues.
3.
Make.com Automation Delivery
Build and maintain production-level, multi-step Make.com scenarios connecting HubSpot,Slack, Google Workspace, Monday.com, Claude, and client-specific platforms.Responsibilities include configuring filters, routers, iterators, aggregators, error handlers, data transformations, and custom API calls; troubleshooting failed scenarios, broken connections, and authentication problems; and documenting scenario logic so workflows can be maintained by other team members.

AI Integration and Implementation
Integrate Claude and other large language models into live business workflows for
automation, analysis, content processing, operational support, structured outputs, and
automated decision support.The specialist will implement AI functionality according to project specifications, connect AI tools to CRM, communication, productivity, and project management platforms, and test AI workflows to ensure accurate, consistent, and useful outputs.
5.
Model Context Protocol Support
Configure and maintain Model Context Protocol connections under the direction of the clients project leaders, enabling Claude and other AI tools to interact with systems such as HubSpot, Slack, Google Drive, Monday.com, and related business platforms. The specialist will troubleshoot connection failures, permissions issues, configuration errors,and integration problems while keeping MCP server settings and supporting documentation current.

Monday.com Systems and Automation
Build and maintain Monday.com boards, dashboards, mirrored fields, dependencies,
notifications, integrations, workflow logic, and automations for both client-facing and internal
systems.The specialist will troubleshoot broken automations, improve board structures, and help teams
accurately track work, ownership, progress, deadlines, and reporting.
7.
Learning and Development Support
Support the clients Learning and Development team by building and maintaining Trainual courses, playbooks, onboarding materials, standard operating procedures, and technical training content.
The specialist will convert technical processes into clear, transferable documentation and ensure training materials remain aligned with current systems, workflows, and organizational requirements.

Custom Code and API Support
Write JavaScript or Python modules when standard automation tools are insufficient, including custom functions, lightweight scripts, API calls, and data transformation logic.The specialist will work with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, OAuth, authentication methods, and API documentation while tracing failed requests and resolving integration and data-flow issues.
9.
Data Integrity and Systems Support
Execute data mapping, field alignment, CRM synchronization, data cleanup, migration, and system configuration tasks.The specialist will ensure that custom properties, objects, and data structures are configured correctly, identify missing, duplicated, or incorrectly mapped information, maintain reliable data flow between systems, and escalate structural data issues to the project manager.

echnical Documentation
Document every workflow, integration, scenario, and system configuration completed through clear SOPs, build notes, process maps, maintenance instructions, and troubleshooting guides. Documentation must remain organized, accurate, transferable, and updated whenever systems or workflows change.

Client and Team Collaboration
Participate professionally in client meetings in a supporting role; work closely with project managers and subject-matter experts; provide clear progress updates; flag risks and issues proactively; ask thoughtful questions when instructions are unclear; receive direct feedback professionally; and attend internal department and company-wide meetings as required.

B.O.S.S. Stack Support
Execute integrations and maintain reliable data flow across EmmerScale’s full Business Operating Summiting System, including HubSpot, Make.com, Monday.com, Xero,GoCardless, Harvest, Claude, Slack, and other connected platforms, as directed by project leads. Monitor system connections, support platform updates, troubleshoot broken integrations, and ensure information moves accurately and consistently across the technology stack.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience
â
2+ years of hands-on experience executing automation workflows and CRM builds in a
live production environment.
â Demonstrated expertise in automations and workflows—real things you have built and
shipped in production.
â HubSpot proficiency across one or more hubs, including workflow builder, custom
properties, pipelines, sequences, and reporting.
â Real production Make.com experience, including multi-step scenarios, error handling,
and data transformation.
â Daily working use of Claude or a comparable large language model as a real work tool,
including hands-on AI integration into live workflows—you will walk us through your
workflow in the interview.
â Working understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors and how AI tools
plug into a live stack.
â Ability to write custom JavaScript or Python modules and read API responses without
assistance.
â Working knowledge of REST APIs, including webhooks, authentication methods, and
JSON parsing.
â A high degree of willingness to learn and a proven ability to learn and adapt quickly.
â Software-as-solution fluent—picks up new platforms quickly without hand-holding.
â Comfortable participating in client meetings in a supporting role.
â Fluency in three languages; minimum 16 years speaking, writing, and working in English.
â Available within a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET window with a consistent four-hour daily block,
Monday through Friday.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology (BBIT), Computer Science,Software Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Information Systems, Computer
Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information and Communication
Technology (ICT), or a closely related technical field.
Equivalent technical training, certifications, bootcamp education, or strong professional
experience may also be considered
Preferred Skills and Experience
â Experience configuring MCP server connections to link Claude or other large language models with business platforms.
â Experience executing LLM API integrations within Make.com workflows.
â HubSpot certification in any hub.
â Advanced Make.com experience, including JSON parsing, array aggregation,
iterator/aggregator logic, custom API calls, and structured error handling.
â Experience with Monday.com automation and integrations.
â Experience using Trainual or another Learning and Development or Learning
Management System platform.
â Experience with Google Apps Script.
â Familiarity with Xero, GoCardless, Harvest, Strety, or similar accounting,payment-processing, time-tracking, or billing platforms in a live business environment.
â Previous experience in RevOps execution, consulting, or agency-based client delivery environments.
