RightWay ABA is a woman-owned, BCBA-led behavioral health company providing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorder and related diagnoses, ages 2-18. We specialize in comprehensive center-based and in-home therapy models designed to support meaningful skill development and family empowerment.
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This fully remote position plays a vital role in supporting our clinical and operational infrastructure, ensuring seamless communication and accurate documentation across all company platforms.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $45,000–$55,000 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system access
- Answer and appropriately direct incoming inquiries to relevant staff members
- Provide accurate, professional information about RightWay ABA services to callers
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential employee records, including payroll documentation and HR documentation
- Facilitate benefits enrollment and education for full-time employees
- Audit and maintain current, accurate information across all company platforms and databases
- Identify and escalate data discrepancies or outdated information for timely correction
- Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize administrative workflows and efficiency
- Assist with client onboarding, boarding, scheduling and other client related administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Calm, empathic interpersonal approach with diverse stakeholders
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Clinical ABA experience or familiarity with autism spectrum disorder
- Experience working within healthcare or behavioral health settings
