Our Client is a Dallas-based professional services firm providing high-impact outsourced accounting and finance solutions to privately held, founder and family-owned businesses. Founded by veterans of the private equity and investment banking industries, the firm serves as more than just a service provider; they are a strategic "thought partner" that helps businesses scale. • Processes payroll and employee onboarding (primarily in Gusto and Paylocity) with 100% accuracy.

  • Calculates and submits U.S. state sales tax filings for a diverse client base.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Maintains and refreshes custom, Excel-based dashboards and weekly reports for specialized industries (Manufacturing, HVAC, etc.).

  • Conducts data visualization, budgeting, and forecasting to help business owners make data-driven decisions.

  • Documents and streamlines internal accounting processes and procedures to improve efficiency.

Executive Alignment & Coordination

  • Checks in with founders three times daily to ensure absolute alignment on priorities.

  • Manages real-time transaction flows and time tracking for internal reporting and client transparency.

  • Operates as a proactive liaison, responding to internal communications within 30 minutes during business hours.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

  • Communication: Exceptional English skills; able to explain complex financial concepts in "plain English."

  • Core Values: Demonstrated alignment with the firm’s "Attitude & Effort" and "FITFO" (Figure It Out) mentalities.

Benefits

  • Professional Pedigree: Work directly with founders from top-tier private equity and investment banking backgrounds.
