
Title: PEGA Developer Freelancing cum consultant
Location: Remote
Client : US Customer
Experience : 4 to 7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other team members to understand business requirements and translate them into PEGA-based solutions.
2. Design and develop PEGA applications using PEGA PRPC (Pega RULES Process Commander) platform.
3. Customize and configure PEGA applications to meet specific business needs.
4. Implement PEGA best practices and design patterns to ensure quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
5. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
6. Perform unit testing and debugging of PEGA applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
7. Collaborate with other developers and technical teams to integrate PEGA applications with other systems and technologies.
8. Provide technical guidance and mentor team members as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Strong experience in software development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in PEGA PRPC development.
3. Proficiency in PEGA PRPC tools, including PEGA Designer Studio, PEGA Express, PEGA Case Designer, PEGA Data Designer, and PEGA App Studio.
4. Solid understanding of PEGA application architecture, frameworks, and design principles.
5. Experience in designing and implementing PEGA solutions using PEGA PRPC version 7.x or higher.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
8. Experienced working in a global delivery model and should be flexible to have some overlap with US hours.
9. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
