As a Remortgage Conveyancer, you'll handle a caseload of remortgage transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and benefit from state-of-the-art systems designed to make your job easier.
Key Responsibilities of a Remortgage Conveyancer:
Manage your own caseload of remortgage files
Liaise with clients, lenders, and third parties to progress cases efficiently
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
Deliver outstanding client service throughout the process
Previous experience in a remortgage or residential conveyancing role
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
