14914 – Remedy/BMC Helix ITSM Developer (remote) – Miami, FL

Required:

• Experience with Remedy or BMC Helix ITSM development and configuration, specifically in billing workflows and integrations. (3+ years)
• Experience with chartfields, financial data structures, and custom billing and invoicing workflow failures.
• Experience integrating Remedy/Helix ITSM with ERP systems, preferably PeopleSoft/INFORMS.
• Experience in analyzing failed billing tasks, identify root causes, and reprocess workflow items end-to-end.
• Experience updating billing logic, automation rules, and workflow configurations.
• Experience in fiscal year-end preparation, billing rate updates, and stabilizing workflows for financial close-out.
• Experience developing or modifying dashboards within Remedy/Helix ITSM.
• Experience in system changes, configurations, and knowledge-transfer activities.
• Experience with computerized systems, database management, and spreadsheet and word-processing programs to transform data and create reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop, configure, and maintain BMC Helix ITSM/Remedy applications with a specialized focus on custom billing workflows, automation rules, and invoicing processes
• Architect and manage integrations between Remedy/Helix ITSM and enterprise ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft/INFORMS) to ensure accurate synchronization of chartfields and financial data structures
• Investigate and resolve complex billing task failures and invoicing workflow errors by identifying root causes and executing end-to-end reprocessing of stalled workflow items
• Lead fiscal year-end preparation activities by executing billing rate updates, stabilizing critical financial workflows, and ensuring accurate period-end close-out processes
• Design, develop, and modify interactive dashboards and analytical reports within Remedy/Helix ITSM to monitor billing performance and provide actionable operational insights
• Manage system configuration changes, deployments, and knowledge-transfer activities to ensure smooth operational transitions and empower internal support teams
• Utilize database management tools and advanced spreadsheet applications to transform complex financial data, generate comprehensive reports, and support overall ITSM system administration
