Job Description

As a Remedial Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our Sales department, working closely with the Remedial and Technical Support Teams. Your primary focus will be on generating sales and providing accurate quotations for UPS system remedial services. This role is office-based in Sheffield, offering a vibrant and fast-paced work environment.

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Review Engineer Service Visit sheets and identify potential remedial work opportunities.
  • Proactively seek additional sales by offering UPS products and services.
  • Create professional quotations using our CRM system, maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
  • Follow up on quotations and guide prospects through the sales process.
  • Hand over confirmed orders to the projects team for seamless execution.
  • Maintain organized records using CRM software, ensuring data integrity.
  • Provide technical support to the remedial team, offering expertise when needed.
  • Collaborate with the contracts team to generate comprehensive Service Visit summaries.
  • Contribute to the achievement of company objectives through proactive sales strategies.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt is essential for this role.
  • An electrical or electronic background is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong mathematical skills are required for accurate quotation generation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is a must.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential for effective communication.
  • Experience working in a team environment, fostering collaboration.
  • A commercial mindset, with an ability to identify sales opportunities.
  • The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced role, managing multiple tasks.
