The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of facade inspection and building diagnostics projects, we are seeking a Remedial / Facade Consultant to join our Sydney team.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of strata, commercial and government assets, delivering facade inspections, building diagnostics and remedial advice for some of Australia's most recognisable buildings. You'll be part of a highly regarded specialist team with increasing demand for facade inspection services and the opportunity to take ownership of projects and client relationships.

The team is currently delivering a broad range of facade inspection, building diagnostics and remedial projects across commercial, government, institutional and strata sectors, providing exposure to a diverse portfolio of complex and technically challenging assets.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a consultant who is looking to build on their technical capability, take greater ownership of projects and develop their client-facing skills within a specialised consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake facade, building defect and condition inspections across a variety of asset types
  • Prepare technical reports, remedial recommendations, scopes of work and client deliverables
  • Manage project delivery, including planning, budgeting and coordination of inspections
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across strata, commercial and government sectors
  • Coordinate site activities, access methodologies and subcontractors to support successful project outcomes

About You

  • Experience in remedial engineering, building diagnostics, facade consulting or a related discipline
  • Strong technical reporting and communication skills
  • Practical understanding of building construction, defects and remediation methodologies
  • Comfortable working on-site and leading inspections across a range of asset types
  • Rope access qualifications are highly regarded but not essential
