Job Description

You will own the end-to-end off-lease pricing strategy, sales and channel performance, and lead remarketing incentive program strategy.

As the Remarketing Sales Strategy Manager within our remarketing organization, you will own the end-to-end off-lease pricing strategy, sales and channel performance, and lead remarketing incentive program strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the off-lease vehicle pricing strategy for upstream and auction channels using elasticity-informed pricing, and rapid adjustment mechanisms to reflect market conditions and portfolio objectives.

  • Lead sales and channel performance management to maximize net proceeds, reduce days-to-sell, and enhance OEM client offerings while supporting portfolio goals.

  • Design, govern, and enhance remarketing program strategy, aligning incentives, operational workflows, and analytics to drive portfolio performance.

  • Lead test-and-learn initiatives, including pilot design, A/B testing of pricing rules, and channel experiments; codify learnings into policies and standard operating procedures.

  • Ensure governance, documentation, and auditability of pricing methodologies, model usage, and program rules in line with internal policies and risk controls.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the automotive industry with focus on captive finance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate market signals and data into clear pricing and channel strategies that balance volume, proceeds, and risk.

  • Influential leadership with strong communication skills to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive decision-making.

  • Strong demonstration of advanced data & analytics tool for modeling, forecasting, and optimization.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Automotive remarketing & pricing experience.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, or similar)
  • Advanced statistical modeling experience applied to pricing, optimization, or forecasting use cases.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and performance analytics.
