Remanufacturing Technician

Job Summary

The Remanufacturing Technician is responsible for performing general construction and maintenance work at various locations and customer sites in relation to telecommunications shelter structures. They work under the supervision of a crew lead or foreman and are the face of our company, delivering high-quality work to ensure customer satisfaction. The Remanufacturing Technician must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to perform basic construction, electrical, and mechanical work. The main duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, tearing out and installing floors, walls, doors, outlets, painting, and finishing work. The job requires experience with smartphones and iPads for timekeeping and picture submissions, and basic software skills for updating task completion.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Must be a team player with good communication skills and display professionalism.
• Ability to remain flexible as specific assignments change.
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to function a tablet and smartphone to access prints, emails, and photos.
• Travel is required, up to 2-week deployments at a time.

Education and Experience

• Prior job experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required, CDL preferred.

This position is hourly and eligible for overtime. Pay is based on skills and experience, with room for advancement. This is a traveling position that is done in a company vehicle. The company also pays for travel time and per diem.
