As an Icelandic Content Moderator, you will be the guardian of safety for one of the world's most famous short-form video platforms. Your Daily Life & Responsibilities:

• Review, filter, and moderate user-generated videos, comments, and app content in your native Icelandic language.
• Enforce community guidelines to prevent cybercrime and maintain an inspiring, safe app experience.
• Detect and remove violating or inappropriate content (including hate speech, cyberbullying, or illegal acts).
• Work shifts alongside an international team in a bright, modern office with chill-out spaces and great cafeteria options.

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Icelandic, with good conversational English skills.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the EU (or holding valid work documentation).
• Strong maturity, resilience, and emotional stability to evaluate sensitive content objectively.
• Tech-savvy mindset, attention to detail, and readiness to relocate to Portugal!

• Financial Package: 1,569.66 €/month (with company accommodation included) OR 1,635.66 €/month (without accommodation). Includes base salary, integrated holiday/Christmas allowances, and a 7.00 € daily tax-free meal card.
