Your Role

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative, you'll help customers by providing outstanding service and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers via phone, chat, and email
• Handling and following up on customer inquiries until they are successfully resolved
• Delivering excellent customer service while representing a well-known international brand
• Building professional relationships with customers through empathy and effective communication
• Working towards individual and team performance goals

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch
• Good English communication skills
