Responsibilities:
As a porter, you will be responsible for:
- Cleaning common areas.
- Taking out trash and recycling.
- Inspecting furniture, décor, and other fixtures for any needed repairs or deep cleaning.
- Bringing any safety, physical appearance, or maintenance issues to a managers attention.
- Making sure there are adequate cleaning and repair supplies.
- Helping residents with deliveries (such as groceries, newspapers, dry cleaning, packages, etc.).
- Working the service elevator.
- Assisting with emergency response service (such as sidewalk snow removal)

Qualifications

- Can lift objects up to fifty (50) pounds without assistance.
Then you may be a great fit for this position! Prior experience as a porter in a luxury hotel or residential environment is a plus. This is a full-time, overnight relief position. Anticipated schedule is as follows:
Thursday – Monday: 11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
Tuesday & Wednesday: Off
