ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for experienced Relief Park Managers (individuals or couples) to join our team on a casual basis. This role offers the exciting opportunity to travel across Australia, providing relief coverage at our parks and villages when our permanent managers take leave.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of holiday parks, including reception, grounds/maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Assisting and supporting different departments as needed.
• Handling after-hours duties, including guest check-ins, emergency situations, and security patrols.
• Managing financial reporting and monitoring site budgets.
• Ensuring Park standards and compliance requirements are consistently met.
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving guest concerns professionally.
• Conducting pre and post-site handovers to ensure smooth transitions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to travel at short notice for extended periods.
• Previous experience in a holiday park, caravan park, or similar management role.
• Hands-on approach – comfortable with customer service, administration, minor maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Strong leadership and team-player mentality to support all staff.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with guests, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in reservation systems (Newbook, RMS, or similar preferred).
• Understanding of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) obligations.
• Current driver’s licence and own transport.
• Mobile accommodation preferred but not essential—onsite accommodation can be provided.
