Join Discovery Parks, Australia’s largest owner and operator of holiday parks, in a truly unique relief role. As a Relief Manager, you’ll step in when needed to cover gaps and keep operations running smoothly while our permanent managers are away. This is not a fixed-location role – it’s about flexibility, travel, and stepping in to lead wherever the business requires support.
If you’re adaptable, hands-on, and thrive on variety, this role is all about plugging the gaps and making sure our parks continue to deliver great guest experiences.
This is a business needs-driven role – assignments are temporary, sometimes at short notice, and always based on where we need you most. You’ll rotate between parks, take the reins while managers are on leave, and hand back a smoothly operating park at the end of your assignment.

Before receiving a job offer, candidates must consent to a Federal Police Clearance for criminal records. Additionally, a valid Working with Children’s Check specific to the state is required.
This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
