Salary Range: $15.46 - $15.46 Hourly

Heartland Goodwill Enterprises is hiring for a part-time Relief Operator for the Oil Packaging Plant in Coralville! Our Relief Operators will be trained on all equipment necessary in the plant, including valves, tanks, packaging systems, hand tools, and forklifts.
The Relief Operator position is responsible for staging materials for use in the plant. They will secure, transport, and store finished product within the warehouse and will provide support to the Filler Operator, Process Operator, and Supply Chain Operator as needed. The Relief Operator will learn to operate all equipment in the plant so that they can cover open shifts as needed. This is a physical position that will require regular lifting, walking, bending, stretching, pushing, and pulling. For this position, previous experience in a team-oriented manufacturing environment is preferred.

The starting wage for the Relief Operator is 15.46 an hour. This is a part-time position averaging 20-29 hours per week.
