Job Description


Job Summary:

The Relief Merchandiser will work for two weeks to ensure that products are optimally displayed, priced correctly, and maintained in good condition, maximizing sales. The Relief Merchandiser reports to the Merchandising Supervisor.


Core Duties:


  1. Ensure proper representation of products in assigned stores based on the merchandising plan.

  2. Confirm all delivered products are displayed on shelves following client guidelines.

  3. Maintain product rotation (FIFO) and cleanliness of shelves.

  4. Address missing stock and report to the supervisor daily.

  5. Ensure safety, clean spills promptly, and avoid blocking aisles with merchandise.

  6. Maintain a professional relationship with store management and provide excellent customer service.


General Duties:


  • Maintain a professional appearance and complete activity logs accurately.

  • Stay knowledgeable about the products and assist with promotions if required.

  • Adhere to company policies and attend meetings as needed.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Minimum two O’Levels (English & Math) and one year of merchandising or related experience.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
