Job Description

An opportunity at Parra Leagues Club has opened up in the Gaming Team to join as a relief Gaming Supervisor. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the gaming floor, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. You’ll lead by example, support team members, and maintain high service standards at all times.

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

• Demonstrated experience in monitoring and motivating staff performance
• Outstanding customer service skills and a high standard of presentation
• Strong knowledge of Gaming floor operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate across a wide demographic
• Good availability to work across a 7 day roster including nights and weekends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, outlook)

The preferred candidate must have a current RSA and RCG certificate.
