Job Description
What You'll Do
- You will lead the team to repair equipment malfunctions and carry out preventive maintenance, continuously improve workplace safety, quality, and equipment reliability & availability, in an environment free of accidents emphasizing safety as a value.
- You will coordinate work and communicate to all reliability team members per daily objectives. Manage resources to ensure maintenance and reliability objectives are met, which will enable the plant to meet their output and quality commitments.
- You will lead the RE and CSD pillar and ensure the implementation of systems and processes according to the methodology of GPS, ensuring standardization and tracking the systems across the Plant.
- You will carry out energy-saving and cost saving management in the responsible area, lead energy-saving and cost saving projects, equipment upgrade, support factory in achieving energy consumption targets. Support facility and utility failure troubleshooting.
- You will support or drive the implementation of new projects in the responsible area.
- You need to ensure compliance with the guidelines of the EHS&S Management, Quality Systems, Corporate and Legal requirements.
What We're Looking for
- You with fundamental understanding of industrial equipment, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electrical part. Knowledge of maintenance best practices, predictive maintenance concepts, and planning/scheduling functionality.
- You with proven leadership and coaching skills during your management experience.
- You are skilled at breaking down goals into executable action plans.
- You with logical thinking ability, good at analyzing complex problems and solving.

- You with experience in maintenance/reliability in tire industry.
- You with ability to communicate in English in a work environment.
