Reliability System Owner

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Reliability System Owner, you play a key role in maximizing the reliability, availability, and lifecycle performance of the critical utility systems that support our manufacturing, warehousing, and office facilities.

The System Owner is the accountable individual for the optimal performance, compliance, and continuity of a designated utility system or asset at the ABR site.

The System Owner serves as the single point of contact for the system across its full life cycle. From design through retirement and interface with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and regulatory bodies as needed.

Working closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, and external partners, you'll develop maintenance strategies, improve equipment reliability, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that ensure our utility systems remain safe, compliant, and available to support site operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the reliability strategy for assigned utility systems and critical assets.
  • Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Analyze equipment performance, maintenance history, and reliability trends.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor reliability KPIs including asset availability, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance effectiveness.
  • Support lifecycle planning, asset replacement strategies, and equipment criticality assessments.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and external vendors to improve system performance and operational reliability.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or Asset Management within an industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, and predictive maintenance methodologies.
  • Experience working with CMMS platforms, preferably SAP PM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is considered an advantage.
