Exploration activities started 12 years ago and at the end of 2019 our pilot plant started operating, providing a demonstration of the quality of the final lithium carbonate product, with more than 90% direct extraction efficiency.
Reliability Supervisor M/F
The Reliability Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Preventive/Predictive Maintenance activities (Lubrication/Vibrations) of the plant's equipment. Utilizing the tools required for this specialty to maximize asset reliability; identifying, anticipating, and/or minimizing risks that may affect their operations.
They must identify opportunities for improvement, whether in the functioning of the assets, the maintenance process, and/or in their constructive, structural, and design characteristics.
Additionally, they must identify and promote new techniques and technologies that contribute to the development of the specialty.
This position reports to: Reliability Leader.

Responsibilities:
- Lead predictive maintenance tasks according to the program in a safe manner.
- Perform work under quality and efficiency standards.
- Comply with procedures regarding HSE, CSR, and Ethics.
- Coordinate with maintenance execution teams on recommendations based on diagnostics and verify the effectiveness of executed tasks.
- Make improvement proposals to achieve continuous improvement.
Your Profile:
- Electronic or Electromechanical Technician or Engineer.
- Certified in Vibrations Level 1 or 2.
- Previous experience in similar positions in service operation areas exceeding 5 years.
- Knowledge and commitment to safety standards.
- Good interpersonal relationships.
- Good communication skills.
- Results-oriented.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate English.
- Advanced SAP CMMS.
- Office Suite.
- Languages: Spanish (essential).
