
The Ventura Operations team is seeking to fill a Reliability Specialist (RS) position. The RS will be operating and maintaining equipment associated with the Ventura Processes: Vessels, Pumps, Filters, Induced Static Floatation Cells, Tanks, pumping units, producing wells, injection wells, idle wells, Gas Plant 6, Gas Plant 7, gas collection and compression equipment, etc. This includes data entry/management into SAP, LEGO, XSPOC and Ignition. Schedule is a 9/80 daylight with weekend rotation.
The hourly pay range for this posted position is expected to be from $40.42 - $49.35, with a target annual bonus of 10% of base compensation. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including education, experience level and relevant industry experience. Ability to work overhead for extended periods of time
Ability to perform fine manipulations with hands and fingers
Regular bending, crouching, pulling and kneeling to check equipment and gauges
Ability to work significant amounts of time as required in completing job responsibilities
Working environment includes exposure to extremely loud noises in field, hazardous Chemicals, and Hydrocarbons that may be under extreme pressure for which appropriate safety measures are required
