Job Description

The Valley Treating team is looking to hire a Reliability Specialist. Schedule will be 12hr rotating (5/4).

The hourly pay range for this posted position is expected to be from $42.04 - $51.32, with a target annual bonus of 10% of base compensation. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including education, experience level and relevant industry experience. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Match, Paid Holidays, FSA and HSA.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to Valley Treating, RS will be operating and maintaining equipment associated with the Valley Treating Processes. (i.e. Vessels, Pumps, Filters, Induced Static Floatation Cells, WAC’s, SAC’s, Tanks, SOX Facility, Disposal wells etc. This includes data entry/management into LEGO, Ignition, iPad.

  • Collecting and analyzing performance data from the above-mentioned processes to improve process performance
  • Performing front-line maintenance activities and PM's to support equipment reliability
  • Ensuring Customer specifications are being met at all times

  • Ensuring EHS/Title V compliance is being met at all times
  • Interfacing with customers/suppliers to ensure Team and Aera goals are being satisfied
  • Ensure all Aera policies and procedures are being met
  • Clearly and timely communicate operational "issues / concerns" to customers and other Team members
  • Prepare job plans and work requests through CMMS (SAP) to ensure equipment reliability
  • Ensure plant/process equipment is clean, neat and in good working order when handing off to another RS
