Job Description

The Valley Wells Team is looking to hire a Reliability Specialist. Schedule is 9/80.

The hourly pay range for this posted position is expected to be from $42.04 - $51.32, with a target annual bonus of 10% of base compensation. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including education, experience level and relevant industry experience. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Match, Paid Holidays, FSA and HSA.

Vacancy Description Reliability Specialist in Belridge Expectations include, but not limited to, 1) EHS compliance, 2) Continuous Improvement mindset 3) Extreme Ownership mindset 4) Teamwork. 5) Communication with up and downstream customers.

Responsibilities: Reposting to any of the 4 supervisors, RS will be operating and maintaining-

  • Optimize producing well equipment
  • Troubleshooting skills on downhole pumps
  • Ability to read and understand dyno cards, along with XSPOC interfaces
  • Task completion through Dynamic Dispatch
  • Assisting other team members as needed
  • Willingness to work from MWSS up to DTR
  • Working directly with Rigs team in job prioritization
  • Ensuring Customer specifications are being met at all times
  • Ensuring EHS compliance is being met at all times
  • Interfacing with customers/suppliers to ensure Team and CRC goals are being satisfied
  • Identify opportunities and initiate plans for improving process that you might work in
  • Ensure all CRC policies and procedures are being met
  • Clearly and timely communicate operational "issues / concerns" to customers and other Team members
  • Prepare, update and complete job plans and work requests to ensure equipment reliability
  • Ensure equipment is clean, neat and in good working order
  • Transfer knowledge to teammates in a team meeting environment
