Salary: $73,160 - $120,000
This is an opportunity to join the fast-paced and dynamic world of fleet logistics support of Naval Aviation. DCS is looking for a logistician experienced in Integrated Product Support (IPS) and total life cycle system management with a focus on reliability.
Evaluate fleet usage data for reliability and obsolescence issues to remove "head hurters" from the front lines.
Help determine viable replacements and keep the warfighter ready for action.
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor of Science degree or higher in any discipline.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
Demonstrated experience in readiness and reliability leadership.
Experience identifying system "degraders" and managing obsolescence through DMSMS strategies.
Proficiency creating critical logistics documentation (e.g. POAMs, Maintenance Plans, ECPs, Life Cycle Support Plans, etc.).
Established financial acumen for planning, expending, and defending allocated IPS funding.
Ability to brief and defend degrader documentation at Reliability Control Boards.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Bachelor or higher degree in field related to logistics or supply chain management.
