Job Description

Join Maytronics as a Team Leader for our Reliability & Environmental Testing Team and take charge of leading a dedicated team responsible for ensuring the highest quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Reliability & Environmental Testing team to ensure high-quality testing procedures.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to enhance product reliability.
  • Analyze testing data to provide actionable insights for product improvements.
  • Coordinate with R&D and product development teams to integrate testing results.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in testing protocols.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability and environmental testing.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a testing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
