Our award-winning client is seeking an Reliability Engineer to join their team in the beautiful Pennsylvania countryside! This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to make a significant impact on our operations.
Responsibilities:
Improve equipment reliability through preventive maintenance strategies.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and eliminate equipment failures.
Implement predictive maintenance techniques, such as vibration analysis.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance.
Develop and implement reliability improvement plans.
Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of vibration analysis and CMMS systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
