Als Reliability Engineer speel je een sleutelrol in het verhogen van de betrouwbaarheid van onze technische installaties. Je analyseert data, optimaliseert onderhoudsprocessen en begeleidt een team van reliability‑techniekers om repetitieve problemen te voorkomen en de beschikbaarheid van onze assets structureel te verbeteren. Je combineert technische expertise met procesmatig inzicht en werkt nauw samen met de technische dienst om veilig, efficiënt en kwaliteitsvol te opereren.
Wat ga je doen?
Je analyseert data van kritische assets uit onze onderhoudsapplicaties en vertaalt deze inzichten naar acties om repetitieve fouten te vermijden, met focus op reliability en availability
Je werkt nauw samen met de afdelingsmanagers van de technische dienst en adviseert hen bij het opmaken van budgetten voor vervangingsinvesteringen, grotere revisies en investeringen in predictief onderhoud
Je budgetteert reliability‑projecten en staat in voor de kostenopvolging en bewaking
Je verzekert de kwaliteit van de PO‑plannen van de kritische assets en integreert predictieve en condition‑based monitoringtechnieken zoals thermografie, ultrasound en trillingsanalyse
Je brengt een continuous improvement‑mindset mee: je stimuleert innovatie en implementeert procesverbeteringen ter ondersteuning van de technische dienst
Je begeleidt, coacht en stuurt het team van reliability‑techniekers aan
