The Technical Part:

• B achelor’s Degree in Engineering and five (5) years of exposure in Reliability activities within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English.
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
• Experience in:
  • Preventive Maintenance Optimization.
  • Dry Product
  • Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering.
  • Revision of Job Plans, Data Sheet, and SOP.
  • Utilities and facilities.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Develop and maintain reliability strategies for critical equipment in the Dry Product PR1 facility.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, recurring failures, and improvement opportunities.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Create and update maintenance plans, spare parts strategies, and reliability documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to improve equipment uptime and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Evaluate equipment modifications, upgrades, and new installations from a reliability perspective.
• Monitor KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and equipment availability, providing periodic reports.
• Ensure all reliability activities comply with site safety, quality, and GMP requirements.
