【Key Responsibilities】
We are seeking a Reliability Engineer primarily responsible for supporting Mechanical Integrity (MI) and equipment reliability management to ensure equipment stability and compliance. This role focuses on failure prevention, maintenance planning, and continuous improvement.
Mechanical Integrity & Maintenance Strategy
Establish, promote, and maintain the Mechanical Integrity (MI) program.
Develop mechanical equipment maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability of process equipment and infrastructure.
Establish, revise, and maintain standards for mechanical equipment inspection and repair.
Plan and implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
Technical Guidance & Troubleshooting
Assist in resolving onsite mechanical issues and provide technical guidance for repair work.
Troubleshoot and analyze mechanical failures (RCFA) and evaluate needs for improvement or replacement.
Manage mechanical maintenance systems to ensure effective operation and estimate repair budgets.
Execute mechanical spare parts management.
Operational Support
Execute tasks assigned by supervisors.
Support production and troubleshooting, health and safety management, and process safety management.
【Required Qualifications】
Bachelor's degree or above.
At least 1 year of work experience.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English (Intermediate).
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, piping ISO drawings, and P&ID.
【Preferred Qualifications】
Experience in maintenance of pumps, tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, and agitators.
Experience in executing small-scale engineering or improvement projects.
Familiarity with EHS policies in chemical plant maintenance.
Experience in RCFA or NDT (Non-Destructive Testing).
