Boeing Poland is seeking a Reliability & Data Analysis Engineer to join their team in Rzeszow, Poland
Position Responsibilities:
Analyze & interpret large datasets; develop and communicate clear recommendations based on data insights.
Support design and implementation of data models and ETL processes to ingest and transform structured/unstructured data.
Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement data requirements, and support data instrumentation and capture.
Participate in the definition of data governance policies to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.
Prepare data for analytics by cleansing, transforming, aggregating, and integrating data from multiple sources.
Develop visualizations and dashboards to communicate results and trends to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for data models, ETL processes, and analytics artifacts.
Support performance tuning and optimization of data pipelines and queries.
Assist in the evaluation and selection of data tools, platforms and technologies to meet business needs.
Provide hands-on support for production data issues and assist in problem resolution.
Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance as needed.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Use statistical techniques and machine learning methods to derive insights and build predictive models.
Ensure adherence to security and privacy standards for data handling and processing.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
2+ years of experience in data analytics, data science or related fields.
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
Experience with programming languages (Python, R, or equivalent).
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences in the English language.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in the aerospace, defense, or aviation industries.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Experience with: big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop), NLP techniques and tools, version control systems (Git), DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
