We are seeking a Reliability & Project Engineer for a heavy industrial minerals operation in Batesville, AR. This is a hands-on technical role combining reliability engineering with capital project management.

This position offers the opportunity to help build and improve the plant’s reliability program while also managing capital projects from scope through commissioning. You’ll have visibility across maintenance, production and engineering and the ability to directly impact equipment reliability, plant performance and future capital improvements.
5+ years of maintenance, reliability or project engineering experience in heavy industry
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mining Engineering or related discipline preferred
Experience with rotary kilns, pyroprocessing, cement, lime or mineral processing strongly preferred
Experience with bulk material handling equipment including crushers, conveyors, mills and dust collection systems
Experience building or significantly improving a CMMS
Root cause analysis and reliability improvement experience
Capital project experience including scope development, budgeting and contractor coordination
AutoCAD, Revit or similar CAD/BIM experience is a plus
MSHA or comparable heavy industrial safety experience preferred
