Reliability and Maintenance Systems Manager

Due to internal relocation within Sika Global, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reliability and Maintenance Systems Manager to lead and further develop our maintenance excellence journey across the UK manufacturing network.
This strategic role will be responsible for driving the deployment and continuous improvement of a modern, Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) strategy, ensuring our manufacturing assets remain safe, reliable, efficient, and cost-effective throughout their lifecycle.

About Maintenance Systems within Sika UK
Reporting within the Operations function, the UK Maintenance Systems team is responsible for developing and driving maintenance and reliability strategies across our manufacturing sites. Through the optimisation of our CMMS/EAM platforms and the adoption of emerging digital maintenance technologies, the team plays a key role in ensuring our assets operate safely, reliably, and efficiently while maximising value and minimising lifecycle costs.
Leading a team of three direct reports, the Reliability and Maintenance Systems Manager provides strategic direction and technical leadership across the UK business. The role works closely with site leadership teams and engineering functions to embed reliability principles, strengthen asset management practices, and drive continuous improvement.
Working collaboratively across multiple sites, you will champion best practice methodologies including Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) Through these approaches, you will help identify opportunities to improve asset performance, optimise maintenance plans, and define long-term capital investment requirements.
This position is critical to the continued development of a mature, data-driven maintenance function across Sika UK. You will lead the ongoing expansion, optimisation, and adoption of our UK-wide CMMS platform, ensuring maintenance planning, inventory management, reporting, and analytics support operational excellence. Ultimately, you will define and deliver the roadmap that enables our manufacturing sites to achieve world-class maintenance and reliability performance.
