
Sr Services Manager 3 - Digital Implementation Services.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Asset Performance Management (APM), Asset Strategy, Reliability Engineering, and Predictive Analytics to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a technical authority and strategic advisor to our customers, to support drive the development and execution of asset management frameworks, reliability programs, and data-driven predictive maintenance strategies.
This role is a multi-faceted position that requires flexibility, diverse skills and abilities. It requires both Safety Instrumented Systems subject matter expertise as well as general reliability expertise with mentoring and leadership qualities. Responsibilities will include implement customer projects as part of a team, delivering APM services, leading training, advising customers on work process and system configuration options. Technical and functional aptitude is required in the field of asset management and in methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, RCA, etc. as well as Asset Health and predictive technologies.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the successful implementation of our GEV APM related products in particular, but also for the whole suite as well in general, in the customer sites
Develop, implement, and continuously improve enterprise-wide asset management strategies aligned with ISO 55000 standards and organizational objectives
Provision of consulting in the areas of Asset Strategy, Defect Elimination and predictive analytics
Assist in the analysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture
Ability to translate technical/functional concepts into processes and configuration.
Work hands on with customer reliability leads to train, facilitate and lead reliability workshops and training sessions.
Analysis of client data sources, existing systems and identification of process improvements that can be delivered via an integrated approach.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including internal, third party and partners.
Lead client presentations and support sales calls.
Delivery of functional software user training as well and engineering methodology awareness training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
10+ years of experience in reliability engineering, asset management, or maintenance strategy roles within industrial, energy, utilities, or manufacturing environments
Demonstrated expertise in APM tools and technologies including RCM, FMEA, RCA, Asset Health and criticality analysis
Proficiency in predictive analytics tools and familiarity with machine learning concepts applied to asset health
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Holding some other Asset Management related certification (SMRP, ASQ) and reasonable understanding of some relevant application Standards (ISO 55000/1/2, ISO 14224, ISO 31000), are highly desirable.
Knowledge about the GED APM platform
Project Management certification is a plus.
Post-Graduation or MBA is a plus.
Customer facing multiple project management experience is a must.
Experience with CMMS Systems like Maximo, SAP-PM or equivalent.
Troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
