Release Train Engineer (RTE) / Senior Scrum Master – Agile & PMO Transformation
Location: Bengaluru , India (Hybrid)
Organization: India Digital Capability Center (IDCC)
We are seeking a highly experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) / Senior Scrum Master to join the PW DT PMO and play a pivotal role in establishing a Agile delivery practice and capability within the India Digital Capability Center (IDCC)
This leader will be responsible for coaching and enabling Scaled Agile ways of working, driving iterative and product-centric delivery, and standing up a mature delivery governance model that seamlessly integrates Agile execution with Traditional PMO disciplines
In addition to serving as an RTE for complex, mission-critical digital programs, this role will build and lead Agile delivery capabilities, partner closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business leaders, and help evolve a hybrid Agile-PMO operating model aligned to global standards and the RTX CORE Operating System.
