As part of the PMO, this role owns ART planning discipline, cross-team dependency management, delivery transparency, and structured reporting across complex workstreams that include Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.

Operating in a transformational and hybrid delivery environment, the RTE uses data, Agile metrics, and enterprise tooling to improve predictability, strengthen governance, and support informed portfolio-level decision-making.

Agile Release Train Execution & SAFe Maturity

  • Drive execution and overall health of the ART, leading PI Planning, ART syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events while managing cross-team dependencies and risks (ROAM).

  • Monitor and report on ART metrics (predictability, velocity trends, capacity, risk exposure), using data to drive alignment, course correction, and continuous improvement.

  • Apply and adapt SAFe practices to strengthen planning discipline and execution maturity across teams.

PMO Standards, Governance & Reporting

  • Own and maintain PMO delivery standards, templates, reporting structures, and governance expectations.

  • Establish structured reporting mechanisms that provide clear visibility into milestones, risks, dependencies, and portfolio impacts.

  • Ensure consistent use of enterprise tools and processes to maintain transparency, traceability, and execution discipline across initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership

  • Drive adoption of scaled Agile practices through coaching, influence, and accountability.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Agile Program Lead, or RTE) supporting multi-team environments.

  • Hands-on experience operating within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework and leading full PI Planning cycles.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery metrics and demonstrated ability to analyze and report on ART performance.

  • Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence

  • Experience with Planview EPPM to support portfolio visibility and governance.

  • Strong stakeholder management, structured communication, and execution discipline.

Preferred:

  • SAFe RTE or related SAFe certification.
