The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly technical Release Manager (MLOps Delivery Lead) to drive the end-to-end technical delivery, release governance, and production operations of Data Science and Machine Learning workloads on AWS for our tier-one enterprise client engagements in Dubai.

This is not a conventional project management role. It sits at the convergence of technical delivery leadership, AWS cloud infrastructure, MLOps, DevSecOps, networking, and production change governance. You will translate complex data science requirements into executable technical plans, orchestrate specialist engineering squads, and drive models and platform changes through enterprise CAB processes into high-availability production environments.

What You’ll Do

• Drive End-to-End MLOps Delivery: Lead technical delivery planning and execution for AWS MLOps platform capabilities, model deployments, and supporting cloud infrastructure across dev, test, and production environments.
• Translate Data Science Requirements: Partner with Data Scientists, Product Owners, and business teams to translate complex analytics algorithms into executable technical epics, NFRs, deployment roadmaps, and acceptance criteria.
• Orchestrate Cloud & Network Infrastructure: Coordinate AWS account topologies, IAM, compute, storage, container/Kubernetes dependencies, VPC subnets, firewalls, PrivateLink endpoints, and DNS configurations across enterprise cloud teams.
• Lead Change Governance & CAB: Create and manage technical change requests, sequence release activities, build CAB evidence packages, coordinate release windows, and lead rollback readiness for multi-layered production deployments.
• Enforce DevSecOps & Model Risk Controls: Work alongside Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, and Model Risk Validation teams to ensure strict compliance with regional banking regulations, audit standards, and automated CI/CD/CT pipelines.
• Guarantee Production Readiness & FinOps: Ensure production telemetry covers infrastructure, data quality, and model drift; monitor AWS compute consumption and token spend to optimize operational costs.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Technical Delivery Leadership: 8+ years of hands-on technology delivery experience managing complex cloud, data platform, or machine learning programs in enterprise environments.
• Technical Release Mastery: Proven track record planning and executing complex production releases involving cloud infrastructure, network/firewall updates, change requests, CAB sign-offs, and rollback management.
• MLOps & AWS Cloud Fluency: Strong technical understanding of the full ML lifecycle (SageMaker, feature stores, experiment tracking, model registries, inferencing, drift monitoring) and core AWS services (IAM, VPC, ECS/EKS, S3, CloudWatch).
• DevOps & Infrastructure Skills: Practical knowledge of Terraform, CI/CD/CT pipelines (GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker/K8s), and environment segregation.
• Governance & Security Rigor: Direct experience delivering technical solutions within highly regulated sectors subject to strict Model Risk, Cybersecurity, and Data Privacy rules.

What Gives You an Edge

• Sector Background: Prior experience building and releasing data platforms or AI models inside Financial Services, Banking, or Capital Markets.
• AWS Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty.
• Delivery Frameworks: PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile credentials backed by strong technical delivery experience.
