  • Conduct post-release reviews, capture lessons learned, and integrate feedback for future release cycles.

Change Management

  • Ensure all changes comply with the defined Change Management process and organizational governance requirements.
  • Review and assess change requests for impact, risk, dependencies, and overall readiness.
  • Coordinate with the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and ensure all necessary documentation, approvals, and evidence are in place.
  • Monitor change implementation and ensure proper closure and reporting.

Collaboration & Governance

  • Lead and drive process adoption programs, ensuring 100% compliance across all participating teams.
  • Maintain, update, and periodically review process documentation in alignment with QMS (Quality Management System) standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to defects, releases, and changes.
  • Lead defect triage calls, release planning sessions, and war-room discussions during critical incidents or high-severity outages.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Release Management, Defect Management, or Change Management roles.
