What does the role look like?

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail and professional clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client portfolios, providing timely and professional support.
  • Proactively engage clients to increase platform usage, trading activity, and overall satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through cross-selling and upselling relevant products and services.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to understand trading needs, business objectives, and potential challenges.
  • Monitor client activity and identify at-risk accounts, implementing appropriate retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities within the CRM system.
  • Keep clients informed about company products, platform updates, market events, promotions, and educational resources.
  • Gather client feedback and communicate insights to management to improve products, services, and the overall customer experience.
  • Ensure all client communications comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies

What do you need to succeed in this role?

• College or university degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Client Relationship, Customer Support, or Sales role, preferably within a regulated financial services company.
• Experience in the Forex, CFD, or online trading industry will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with trading platforms and CRM systems.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated, proactive, with a positive can-do attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
