Job Description

As a Relationship Officer in the Loans Against Gold department, you will be responsible for marketing and promoting the bank's gold loan products to potential customers. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the Loans Against Gold business.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote gold loan products and services.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential customers, understanding their financial goals and requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify target audiences and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth processing of gold loan applications and timely disbursement of funds.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a strong network of referrals and partnerships to expand the bank's customer base.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to enhance product knowledge and service quality.
  • Prepare and present reports on marketing campaigns, customer feedback, and business performance.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, seminars, and workshops to raise brand awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to gold loans.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relationship management or sales role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of gold loan products, including features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
