Job Description

As a Relationship Officer, you will play a crucial role in our Digital Banking division, focusing on Kotak 811-Sales. Your primary objective is to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction by providing personalized banking solutions. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, cross-selling our digital banking products, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers and offer tailored digital banking solutions.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of our digital banking platform and its features.
  • Process customer applications and ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
  • Monitor customer accounts and provide regular updates and recommendations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital banking campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance our digital banking services.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights to improve our sales and marketing strategies.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer relationship role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Proficiency in using digital banking platforms and a basic understanding of banking products.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Willingness to stay updated with digital banking trends and best practices.
  • Analytical skills to interpret customer data and provide valuable insights.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.
