Here’s how you will make a difference in this role…
We have an opportunity for a Relationship Officer within our Interleasing asset management business. In this role you will be supporting the activities of the Customer Relationship team in building long and effective working relationships with customer representatives in order to achieve business objectives and superior customer satisfaction.

Respond promptly and professionally on a daily basis to requests from Customers and Relationship Manager on all administrative tasks relevant to effective fleet management and growth in the business.
Creation and provision of vehicle quotes to customers striving to source vehicles and pricing that deliver best value to our customers.
Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders verbally and in writing to ensure that all parties are clear on expectations, that customer satisfaction is achieved and all parties are kept suitably informed on progress.
Ensure that key administrative tasks comply with key business policies E.g. registration of vehicles, credit requirements.
Pro-active management of the lease expiry and replacement process, ensuring that contracts are linked in all circumstances
Ensuring that the contracts are updated with accurate and relevant information
Running of order reports and following up transactions with the orders & delivery team
Elicit, monitor and engage with customers for intelligence to understand their fleet requirements, anticipate their needs and assist the Sales team to gain an advantage in growing business.
To be considered for this role you will have:
2 years Customer Service experience in a customer facing role.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, database management and other MS Office products
A high level of keyboard accuracy and a good eye for detail
Experienced and proficient in data-entry and administrative work involving numbers and prolific detail.
Professional oral and written communication skills
Problem-Solving Ability - identify and implement collaborative process improvements in workflow
Attention to Detail - high level of accuracy and strong eye for detail
