Responsibilities

• managing client accounts to address the service requirements and enhance the relationship
• Understand the customers potential business needs and promote Lanka Com products and services
• Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and documentation
• Manage and track leads, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Developing proposals, quotes, and contracts

Requirements:

• Graduate level studies in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-2 years experience in customer relationship management or in marketing
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exposure to the IT industry is preferred.
