Job Description

Job Role

  • Drive the overall business strategy and growth of the Automobile Dealer Finance portfolio across the South and North Regions
  • Establish and deepen relationships with leading automobile dealers, OEMs, and key ecosystem partners.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve business, profitability, and productivity objectives.
  • Ensure effective portfolio management through disciplined risk assessment, credit quality monitoring, and compliance adherence.
  • Identify market opportunities and implement strategic initiatives to enhance market share and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver superior customer experience and sustainable business growth.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate (MBA preferred).
  • Relevant experience in Dealer Finance, Vehicle Finance, Commercial Banking, Working Capital, or related financial services businesses.
  • Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of business development and team management.
  • Strong relationship management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
